GTR accessibility staff training video
Members of GTR's Accessibility Advisory Panel explain how staff can better assist them on their journeys. This forms part of an upgraded training programme being delivered as part of GTR's new Accessible Travel Policy pledge. This features (in order, after Natasha Hirst who is not on the panel): GTR panel members Yusuf Osman from Croydon, Fiona Bower from Bexhill and David Proud from Peterborough.
